Over the course of the last 10 years, LAS Concealment has been designing, producing, testing, and revising our concealed carry holsters. We've carried, dry-fired, and trained extensively with our own holsters, because we're shooters just like you. We've listened to feedback from experienced firearm instructors, law enforcement agencies, and military units. The new Kaizen is the culmination of everything we've learned — hence the name, which is derived from the Japanese word for continuous improvement.

The Kaizen was built from day one as a modular AIWB (appendix inside the waistband) platform. We recognize that every user has a unique gun setup, body shape, apparel style, and draw stroke. For this reason, one-size-fits-all solutions simply don't work.

Slim, Contoured Design - The Kaizen features rounded blocking, smooth edges, and contoured overhook mounts that enhance concealment and improve everyday appendix carry comfort. You'll feel the difference as soon as you put it on.

LAS Stiff Hooks - Serving as the critical interface between the holster and your belt, our new Stiff Hook overhooks offer improved rigidity and keep your holster exactly where you want it. They're also precisely adjustable for ride height.

LAS Stack-It Wing System - With three adjustable ramps and two spacers, you can mix and match to achieve the perfect balance of grip concealment and comfort.

Belt Mount Extensions - Positioning an AIWB holster around belt loops, buckles, and other obstructions can be frustrating with traditional belt clips, but not anymore. Our extensions offer three different clip positions to make holster placement simple.

Adjustable Retention - Pressing your firearm into the Kaizen produces a definitive "click" feel that gives you confidence. It can also be fine-tuned to your preferred point between sturdy retention and smooth release for a lightning-fast draw.

Like all our holsters, the Kaizen and Kaizen-L are designed and made at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona. Starting with sheets of Kydex, bins of hardware, and custom-made molds, we hand-craft each holster for your specific firearm and/or weapon light combination. We don't outsource it overseas, and we never will.
