Lost Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify LAS Concealment of lost packages after the waiting period. According to the USPS claims department, no claims can be filed for 20 days. In almost every situation we have seen packages show up within the 20 day waiting period.

If you supplied us a wrong shipping address there is very little we can do once the order has shipped - we do not take responsibility for the customer's mistake in this matter.

In the event that an item is damaged or lost, the carrier will refund the order amount once a claim is filed and approved. In the event of a lost package, it is best to go ahead and re-order so you can get your gear in hand as soon as possible. If the item eventually shows up, you can return it to LAS Concealment for a full refund. "Free shipping" methods are typically not insured. LAS Concealment will provide one (1) package replacement. If the replacement product is also lost or stolen, LAS Concealment is not liable to replace or refund the order.
