I picked up the Kaizen-L IWB based on the recommendation of LAS customer service. I was unsure which model to choose, and they guided me to this one for my 3.5” Springfield Armory Prodigy equipped with a Streamlight TLR 7X Sub. The holster is configured for a 4.25” Prodigy, but the 3.5” fits perfectly and snaps securely into place when holstered.
The quality of the holster is superb. The mounting clips are very sturdy, though I upgraded mine to the Discreet Concepts metal over-hooks. They are easy to manipulate and comfortable to wear, with no aggressive digging or pinching. I also added the Enzo Mount, which appears to hold multiple different magazines in one simple design. The magazines fit loosely with no retention, but unless you are doing backflips, you should be fine.
The best feature is the adjustable grip tuck using the wedges and ramp pieces included with the holster. This allows for a level of adjustment you will not find with most other companies. Overall, it is a great product, and I look forward to adding a few more OWBs for range days and training.
This was actually for a EAA BRAT 3.4” when I got it, I just could not get it to fit. So I reheated it and boom, very minor fitting issue. Love it clean, you will have to mod it for an extended mag release.
This is a solid holster. It fits my firearm(s) securely and without issue. However, the lead time on receiving the holster is beyond disappointing. Especially given there are others with comparable reliability and cost, with some even being cheaper, that don't have the same lead times

The holster came in great shape! I love the designs options that LAS offers. I do suggest that you have a firm duty belt when buying one of these holsters. It’s an amazing product and worth the money!

My EDC is a full-size 1911 with a Surefire X300. This is my first time with Appendix Carry. I watched more videos than I care to admit on this carry position, and the Saya came highly recommended. It makes carrying a full-size weapon extremely comfortable and extremely fast to access. The holster is everything that I expected. I did opt for the discrete carry clips. The stability and the adjustability of the clips are amazing. LAS customer service went above and beyond to make sure that I chose the correct size holster for my setup. They are a top-tier company with a top-tier product.
This holster is excellent. I have this design for 3 different sized hand guns. All excellent. I have been using them for years with very litte if any signs of wear. They have held up great. Highly recommend

Great holster for G48 MOS w/TLR7 sub. The extended mag option fits my Shield S15 +5,+2 and 15 round mags perfectly, which to me is pretty insane really. The retention on the pistol and mag sidecar were exceptional out of the gate. It’s comfortable all day standing and sitting, which was super important for me. Only downside was I ordered it with the standard LAS overhooks (they’re great). I just wish I had ordered with the stiff overhooks for even more adjustability. LAS really nailed it on this one and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to give them a shot!
This is the best holster I have ever tried. I carry more and train more because of how comfortable this holster is.
Fits my pistol well and holds it very firmly. Holster is comfortable in both 9 o'clock (left handed), and 12 o'clock positions. Clips hold onto my belt so well they can be hard to take off, but I'd rather that than it be loose and interfere with my draw. All around perfect choice.
The Ronin-L is such an awesome conceal carry holster, it rides low in the pants making the weapon hardly noticeable on your shirt, especially for carrying a full size handgun it’s nice to not have to worry about the grip screaming hello through my shirt. By far the most comfortable light bearing holster I’ve used as well, and I love the adjustments for retention so you can dial in the holster just for you. Great, great product!
